Team Insights and Boosting Metrics

As a manager, Workleap Officevibe not only gives you insight into your team or survey metrics, it can also help you boost them. Here's what to do:
  1. Go to the relevant Pulse report in one of these ways:
    • For the report of a single team, click on the team's name on the main lefthand menu, then click View complete report under the overall score.
    • For the overall Pulse Survey report, click Survey on the lefthand menu, then Pulse Survey.
  2. From this page, under your key metrics (Alignment, feedback, happiness, etc.) click View breakdown. You'll be able to see how your score for each of these metrics has changed over time.
  3. Under any metric that Officevibe can help you boost, you'll see a blue banner. Click Boost metric within that banner.

  4. From the pop-up, select a goal that resonates with you. You'll be presented with helpful information and actionable suggestions.
  5. Select a suggestion to view the action you can take, then click the action.

Here are some things that suggested actions can help you do:

  • Link to Learning Center article or PDF for useful information and tips
  • Automatically create a reminder for you to do something
  • Get you started with a relevant template for a 1-on-1 or survey
  • Help you add a relevant talking point to your next 1-on-1s
  • Help you send Good Vibes

Actions lead to results

After taking action, your Team members can access the Team Hub but will not gain access to the insight that triggered the action. 

Once they have viewed the action, the members will then be able to comment on each action anonymously.

All Executive Managers and Administrators of an Officevibe account can view the past actions taken by all Managers. With members having the ability to comment on actions anonymously, this safe discussion space will give Executive Managers more insight into which initiatives have the most impact.
