1. I know someone who'd love to use Officevibe and would like to refer them. How do I start?
To start the referral process, click on your profile picture and click on Refer a friend. You'll see your unique referral link that you can share in your preferred channel. The link will direct the person you refer to a signup page.
You can also refer through email. The person you refer will get an email with a link to sign up to Officevibe.
2. Is there a reward when I refer a friend? What conditions must referrals complete for me to earn the reward?
There will be a reward of $200 in an Amazon gift card for each successful referral. For your reward to be successful, the person you refer must be brand new to Officevibe and must subscribe to the Premium version.
3. If one of my referrals signs up to Officevibe, how will I get my referral reward?
After your referrals subscribe to Premium, we'll send your reward to the email you use for your Officevibe account.
4. Will my friend receive a reward too?
No, only the person who makes a successful referral would receive a reward.
5. Is there a way for me to track the status of my referrals?
Currently, you won't be able to track the status of your referrals. We will only notify you when one of your referrals has been successful (subscribes to Premium) and send your reward.
6. My referral forgot to use my referral link. Is there a way to track it back to my account?
Unfortunately, we can't track referrals back to your account if they didn't use your referral link. Always make sure your referral signs up to Officevibe using your link or through the referral email.
7. What happens if their referral cancels their Premium subscription?
If the person you refer ends up canceling their Premium, it won’t have an effect on your reward.
We reserve the right to declare a referral ineligible for the reward if we believe the referral program is being abused.
8. Is there a limit to the number of people I can refer or to how much I can earn?
For the moment there is no limit on how many people you can refer or how much you earn. Conditions might change in the future.
