Activate Slack communications or feedback notifications so your organization's users can engage with Workleap Officevibe directly from Slack.
Note: You must be an Administrator in both Workleap and Slack to set up Slack integrations.
Turn on Slack communications
Have Officevibe communications and surveys sent directly to your users in Slack.
To turn on Slack communications:
- Open Settings, then select Officevibe under Product Settings.
- Select Integrations under Account.
- Select the Communications tab.
- Select Configure next to Slack.
- Select Add Slack Workspace, sign in to your workspace, and set up the integration.
- Back in Officevibe, select Activate.
Note: Users who can't receive Slack communications appear in a list on the integration setup page. These users receive communications by email as normal. For users to receive Slack communications, their Officevibe and Slack email address must be the same.
Note: You can sync communications with multiple Slack workspaces. To do so, open the Communications tab, select View settings next to Slack, and repeat steps 5 and 6 above.

- Select the Feedback notifications tab.

- Select Add Slack Workspace, sign in to your workspace, and set up the integration.
- Back in Officevibe, select Activate.
Map teams to a channel
With the integration activated, go back to Officevibe and map your teams' feedback to a Slack channel.
Note: If you've activated Slack user provisioning, your teams' feedback may already be mapped to Slack channels.
To map your teams:
- Open Settings, then select Officevibe under Product Settings.
- Select Integrations under Account.
- Select the Feedback notifications tab.
- Select View settings next to Slack.
- Find the team you want to map in the list.
- Click in the adjacent text box, start typing the name of the desired channel, and select it when it appears below.
- Repeat steps 5 and 6 until you map all desired teams to a Slack channel.
- Select Save settings.
Tip: To uphold user anonymity, you should typically only map team feedback to private Slack channels.
