In order to ensure that Members are the best set up to receive their surveys based on their schedule, everyone in the account has the ability to customize their survey delivery settings.
Each employee is able to select their preference - this is not a setting that must be chosen at an organization level, nor can it be altered by an Executive Manager.
Selecting Your Preferred Delivery Methods via your Personal Settings
Option 1:
In your Personal Settings, you have the option to choose which day of the week, which time of day, and which delivery method you prefer. In order to access this section, click on your avatar in the top right-hand corner and click on "Edit Profile".
Then you will scroll down to the "Communications" area, where you will locate these settings.
If no preferences are selected, your Survey will be sent on a random day and time of the workweek and via the default delivery method of your company (invitation email address or Slack).
Option 2:
Once you have completed your Survey, you can click on Edit Settings to be brought into your Personal Settings above and select your preferences.
You will have the option to update the delivery method at the end of each Survey.
Delivery Options
All members are also able to select the method in which they prefer to receive their survey as well. Here is a look into the various options:
i. Business Email
This is the default option. When you first accept your invite, you will begin receiving your Surveys to your business email (or the email your Administrator set you up with in the system). The first question of the week will come to your inbox, you will select your response and will automatically be logged in to complete the rest of the questions.
ii. Personal Email
If you prefer to have your Surveys delivered to a personal email (Gmail, Hotmail, etc.), you can select this option and will then need to enter your email address. The first question of the week will come to your inbox, you will select your response, and will automatically be logged in to complete the rest of the questions.
iii. Text Message
If you prefer to receive your Surveys via text message, you can select this option and will then need to enter your cell phone number.
iv. Slack
If your organization has decided to integrate with Slack for communication delivery, this will become the default method of delivery for the Officevibe surveys. You will need to be an administrator of Officevibe and of your organization's Slack environment to activate this option.
