Team Engagement report for Managers (video):
Go to Surveys > Pulse Survey to access your Pulse Survey Report.
Our Surveys are built based on research and benchmarking. We've worked with top players like Gallup and Deloitte, who realized through our studies that 10 aspects impact their engagement level. This is how we developed our 10 key metrics approach.
You have access to all the historical data from when you first started using Officevibe, and if you hover over the graph line, you'll see the specific scores per date. You can see this at the overall level, as well as at the individual metric level.
A minimum of three active Members are needed in a team to display scores.
We have made obtaining your desired Officevibe Participation easier in our How to Increase your Participation Rate article.
Overall Engagement Score
Your Overall Engagement Score is out of 10. It is an aggregated rolling 90-day weighted average based on answers members have given on their Surveys related to the 10 Key Metrics of Engagement.
The Overall Engagement Report and Metric Scores will always be presented as a score out of 10 and are calculated on a rolling 90-day average, meaning the score represents the results for that last 90 days. The scores are refreshed daily as the Survey responses are calculated and aggregated. We first calculate a score at the individual level before we do the average you see them applied at the Overall level.
Each employee has the same weight in the calculation, and everyone's scores are aggregated equally. If an employee answers the same question twice in the 90-day time period, we will only consider the latest answer.
Breakdown of individual metrics
Under the Overall score, you'll find the individual metrics.
If there are particular metrics you would like to monitor and pin to the top, click Change next to "Your Focus".
Note: When you choose a focus, it does not affect the Pulse Surveys sent out to members in your account.
Click View Breakdown at the end of the list of metrics to see the details of each metric. Here's an example.
For many metrics, Officevibe can help you boost your scores.
Share Team Insights
We recommend sharing the results of the Pulse Survey Report at both the Organization and Team levels to build trust and provide transparency. Executive Managers can share the overall Pulse Survey Reports with the entire Organization, and Team Managers can share their teams' overall Pulse Survey Reports.
Open the Sharing menu above the graph to view your sharing options.
By clicking Enable team visibility, the members of the team or organization will be able to see the overall scores on their home pages by clicking on their team.
What they will see:
- Overall Engagement Scores
- Metric and Sub-Metric scores and graphs
- eNPS score
What they will not see:
- Participation rate
- Question Results
- eNPS history
- Feedback
By clicking Generate public link, managers can share a public link to show their overall results externally. Administrators must toggle on the permission for sharing in the settings to make this available.
Question results
On the Pulse Survey page, below the individual metrics summaries, you'll see an overview of the question results. You can click See all questions if you also want to see the Question Results that feed into the metric scores.
In this view, you can see each question and the breakdown of how it has been answered. You can filter by time frame (3 months or 6 months), by metrics with the drop-down menus, OR by Sub-Metric, Question, or Results by using the reports' arrows to bring up certain results.
If you hover over the results on the bar, you'll see the breakdown of the responses by percentage, or you can toggle on the percentage to show all the time!
To know if your data is reliable, you will also see whether each question's data is based on a true sample by hovering over the scores. It will read "Results based on an Extensive Sample" if enough of your team have answered the question. If the question is unreliable, it will read "Results based on the partial sample."
Note: We don't recommend taking action on questions that are not yet reliable.
You can read about the criteria for reliability in the Question Results article.
Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS)
Next, you will find an overview of your Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS), a simple way to track loyalty and pride for your organization. It measures the likelihood of whether an employee would be willing to recommend your organization as a good place to work and is an important part of the Engagement Metrics in Officevibe.
You can view the real-time history and distribution breakdown by clicking View eNPS history.
Participation Report
The last section in the Reports tab is the Participation Report, where you can see the trend in participation according to the timeframe you have chosen at the top of the page. When you hover over the graph, you can see the percentage and number of active users at that time, indicating how many people have completed at least one survey question in the last 30 days. The variation in the score will be indicated on the left with an ascending/descending arrow.
You can learn more about the different statuses members can have in Officevibe here.
The system will automatically assign an indicator word in the report based on your participation rate as follows:
0-49 - Very low (red)
50-59 - Low (red)
60-79 - Good (green)
80-99 - Excellent (green)
100 - Perfect (green)
We have made obtaining your desired Officevibe Participation easier in our How to Increase your Participation Rate article.
Note: An Executive or Team Manager can send reminders from this page when the participation rate is 60% or less.
