Team Engagement report for Managers (video):
As viewed, this Report is where you can find a Summary of your Engagement metrics, your question report, the eNPS score, and the Participation Report.
Additionally, you can view and export your survey reports within a selected time period.
A minimum of three active Members are needed in a team to display scores.
We have made obtaining your desired Officevibe Participation easier in our How to Increase your Participation Rate article.
Overall Engagement Score
When you click on this tab, you will see your Overall Engagement Score out of 10. It is an aggregated rolling 90-day weighted average based on answers members have given on their Surveys related to the 10 Key Metrics of Engagement.
Below your overall score, you will see the individual scores of each of the 10 metrics and how they have fluctuated in the last week. These scores are aggregated from the questions asked in the Pulse Survey and only relate to the Metrics and Sub-Metrics. You quickly see a visual snapshot of where your team is shining, some areas for focus, and which metrics have fluctuated the most. You can also choose and highlight Your focus if there are particular metrics you would like to monitor and pin to the top.
Note: When you choose a focus, it does not affect the Pulse Surveys sent out to members in your account.
Share Team Insights
Sharing is Caring! We recommend sharing the results of the Pulse Survey Report at both the Organization and Team levels to build trust and provide transparency. Executive Managers can share the overall Pulse Survey Reports with the entire Organization, and Team Managers can share their teams' overall Pulse Survey Reports.
By enabling team visibility, the members of the team or organization will be able to see the overall scores on their home pages by clicking on their team.
What they will see:
- Overall Engagement Scores
- Metric and Sub-Metric scores and graphs
- eNPS score
What they will not see:
- Participation rate
- Question Results
- eNPS history
- Feedback
Managers can also copy and share a public link to share their overall results externally. Administrators must toggle on the permission for sharing in the settings to make this available.
View Breakdown & Graphs
For details on the metrics and their historical data, click on the blue 'View Breakdown' button below the Metrics to view them, or click on any of the metrics to be brought directly to their detailed graphs.
You can choose a time frame from the drop-down menu where you would like to view the graphs. This will not change the scores you see but simply show you a different time frame on the graph and the fluctuations in that time frame.
If you scroll down, you'll see the graphs and their fluctuations for all 10-key metrics and the 2-3 sub-metrics related to them. For example, we can see below that the 'Feedback' metric is broken down into 3 sub-metrics: Feedback Quality, Frequency, and Suggestions for the Organization. When you click on one of the Sub-Metrics, you can also see how it has moved in relation to the key metric.
In this view, you will also be able to read the feedback related directly to this metric, see the related questions and their breakdown, and be linked to reading material on this metric in our Learning Section.
Questions & Reliability
You can click on the blue See Related Questions' button if you also want to see the Question Results that feed into the metric scores.
In this view, you can see each question and the breakdown of how it has been answered. You can filter by time frame (3 months or 6 months), by metrics with the drop-down menus, OR by Sub-Metric, Question, or Results by using the reports' arrows to bring up certain results.
If you hover over the results on the bar, you'll see the breakdown of the responses by percentage, or you can toggle on the percentage to show all the time!
To know if your data is reliable, you will also see whether each question's data is based on a true sample by hovering over the scores. It will read "Results based on an Extensive Sample" if enough of your team have answered the question. If the question is unreliable, it will read "Results based on the partial sample."
Note: We don't recommend taking action on questions that are not yet reliable.
Note: You can read about the criteria for reliability in the Question Results article.
Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS)
Next, you will find an overview of your Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS), a simple way to track loyalty and pride for your organization. It measures the likelihood of whether an employee would be willing to recommend your organization as a good place to work and is an important part of the Engagement Metrics in Officevibe.
You can view the real-time history and distribution breakdown by clicking on the "View eNPS history" button.
Participation Report
The last section in the Reports tab is the Participation Report, where you can see the trend in participation according to the timeframe you have chosen at the top of the page. When you hover over the graph, you can see the percentage and number of active users at that time, indicating how many people have completed at least one survey question in the last 30 days. The variation in the score will be indicated on the left with an ascending/descending arrow.
You can learn more about the different statuses members can have in Officevibe here.
The system will automatically assign an indicator word in the report based on your participation rate as follows:
0-49 - Very low (red)
50-59 - Low (red)
60-79 - Good (green)
80-99 - Excellent (green)
100 - Perfect (green)
Note: An Executive or Team Manager can send reminders from this page when the participation rate is 60% or less.
