How is this achieved? It displays all of Officevibe's Survey questions and how employees have responded to them - anonymously, of course! This gives you an in-depth understanding of how your team is doing across all dimensions. Pretty neat — right?
To access the Questions Results, head to Team Reports and scroll until you see 'See all Questions". Now let's get into how to actually use this report!
Understanding the Report
Step 1. Choosing a Metric
When you access the report, it allows you to filter the Survey questions by Metric. Here's a peek at what it looks like:
Once you've selected one of the Metrics from the drop-down, the report is broken down into Sub-metrics. All the Survey questions relating to them are displayed, as well as the results associated with those questions.
For results to display in the overall report, we need answers collected from at least 3 different employees, and for results to display on a specific question, we need a response for this specific question!
With the date filtering option, results can be viewed for the last 3 or 6 months, or by selecting a specific month to help compare the answers to the questions over time.
Step 2. Analysis + Partial and Extensive Sample of Results
We like to keep things simple, so we've color-coded the results to give you a visual representation of the dispersion of responses. Each color represents a possible answer to the question. By hovering your mouse over the different colors in the Results bar, you'll be able to see the type of response and the percentage of employees who chose that answer.
Note: Results are displayed in percentages and total 100% (when rounded up).
Step 3. Export the Question Results
- The option to filter and select Teams and Metrics to be displayed on the report.
- The historical data of the past 12 months.
The sample size can be found below the "result" gauge. It indicates if the sample is representative of the team or if it is too small to be considered fully representative.
Below indicates how we calculate an extensive sample which means the question has a large enough sample to accurately reflect your team's reality (validated by our Data Scientists):
- Extensive = If 30 members responded to the question OR 50% or more of the team responded to the question (depending on team size).
- Partial = If the above does not apply.
If you have fewer answers (data points) than described above, the sample will be considered partial. A partial sample means you should take a step back as a manager before making decisions based on this data. However, you should remember that it is the distribution of the answers of the people who answered the question. Regardless of the representativeness of the sample, we must not forget that this is the actual portrait of the answers obtained from the team, so it is important to pay full attention to it.
