Officevibe will send members different questions to continuously cover the 10 key metrics. We take answers from the last 90 days to calculate your most up-to-date Team Engagement Score.

Scores calculation
To provide an in-depth understanding of your team's feelings, each Metric contains a set of Sub-metrics, ensuring the most accurate view of your data.
Sub-metrics for the 10 key metrics of Engagement
Members receive questions related to the Sub-metrics in every survey. Sub-metrics such as Fairness, Role within the organization, and Work environment to calculate the overall Satisfaction Metric, which is one of Officevibe's 10 key metrics of Engagement, along with the 9 aforementioned Metrics listed above.
The answers to these questions are considered to calculate the Metric score. Each weighted Metric then helps us calculate your team's overall engagement score.
Every score is calculated based on the responses of the last 90 days. In Officevibe lingo, we call this "the rolling 90-day average".
Your members can select the Engagement metrics for a custom duration on Officevibe.
Each member has the same weight when calculating the score at the sub-metric, metric, team, and organization levels. If a member has chosen to answer more survey questions than Officevibe requires, it will increase score reliability as more data points will be included in the Metric scores. If a member answers the same question twice, we will only consider the most recent answer.

Pulse Surveys
We've created a database of 122 science-based and interactive questions. The Officevibe questions measure how members feel based on the 10 Key Metrics of Engagement, which represent the 10 most important dimensions of life at work.
Each survey is generated by Officevibe automatically and sent based on the Personal Settings of each member. The number of questions in a survey will change based on the Survey Frequency decided by the Administrator of your account.
A Pulse Survey implies that we are measuring the same things frequently. This means that Survey questions will come up again every ±3-4 months because it’s important to be able to measure change and notice trends for every Metric.
To paint an accurate picture of your organization or team, members will not receive the same survey questions. This helps provide you with a complete picture of your team and also helps protect member anonymity (Click here for more on Officevibe & Anonymity).
You can see what the surveys look like here: Officevibe Surveys.
All the questions and the surveys are generated automatically by Officevibe. No configuration is required! Of course, you can also ask custom questions.
