FAQ

What's a workspace?

A workspace is one instance of Workleap. Each workspace has its own product subscriptions and users.

Tip: Admins can create new workspaces.

Why would I have multiple workspaces?

Different sectors of the same organization may have separate workspaces:

  • To distinguish between their business needs or user base.
  • Due to a merger or acquisition of an organization that also used Workleap.
    • In these cases, you can merge the workspaces if desired.
  • To test or explore a Workleap product before making it available to your users.

Additionally, it's worth noting that consultants or temporary employees might be users of multiple workspaces.

Note: Workspaces within the same organization must share at least one Admin and Executive.

Note: A single user can only be a member of up to five workspaces at a time.
