You can set up this integration to have new employees added, employees who have left your company removed and your groups managed automatically with the sync. Everything gets updated through the Zenefits integration.
Here are the steps you can follow to add the Zenefits integration to Officevibe
1. Authorize Officevibe to access your Zenefits account
If you're looking to add the Zenefits Integration to officevibe, you can follow this link: https://app.officevibe.com/zenefits/authorize
From there, you can click on the ''Authorize'' button to connect Officevibe and Zenefits.
2. Connect Zenefits to Officevibe
Don't worry, we're only taking email addresses, first names, last names, job titles and departmenr and/or location of employees.
3. Select who you'd like to invite
Importing your whole company will send an invite to everyone who's active in Zenefits only. You can also select a team based on location or department.
In both cases, the invite will be sent right away to employees.
This step can take a bit of time to complete
4. Integration Successful
The integration is now added. If you'd like to edit any of the settings of the Zenefits Integration, you can go to the Admin section and select the Integrations tab.
