To facilitate user onboarding, we have created an integration with Zenefits to allow you to invite your employees to Officevibe through Zenefits. The Daily sync feature will also remove from Officevibe any employees who are no longer in your Zenefits account.
This Zenefits integration will allow Officevibe to get their emails, names and profile pictures if they have one on Zenefits. Since it is based on a Single Sign On model, no password will be required for them to start using Officevibe. This article details how the Zenefits integration works.
1. Authorize Officevibe to Access your Zenefits Account
If you're looking to add the Zenefits integration to Officevibe, you can follow this link: https://app.officevibe.com/zenefits/authorize
From there, you can click on the ''Authorize'' button to connect Officevibe and Zenefits.
2. Connect Zenefits to Officevibe
Don't worry, no sensitive information will be shared with Officevibe. We're only taking email addresses, first names, last names, job titles, department and/or location of employees.
3. Select who you'd like to Invite
Importing your whole company will send an invite to everyone who's active in Zenefits only. You can also select a team based on location or department.
In both cases, the invite will be sent right away to employees.
This step can take a little bit of time to complete...
4. Integration Successful
The integration is now added. If you'd like to edit any of the settings of the Zenefits integration, you can go to the Admin section and select the Integrations tab in your Officevibe account.
