The Skype for Business and Officevibe integration gives users the ability to survey employees and collect feedback directly from their Skype for Business channels. The Skype for Business integration is available to all Officevibe users who have an active Skype for Business account and integration with Office365.
This guide will help you activate the Skype for Business integration via your Officevibe account, walk you through managing Skype for Business notifications, and showcase a few key features of the integration.
You need to be administrator of Office 365 to activate the Synch with Skype for Business.
Here is how it works:
1 Make sure your Officevibe network is synched with Office 365
First, you need to make sure your Office 365 synchronization is active. Check this article to make sure you're all set: Office 365 Integration.
You need to make sure for this step that all your Office365 users have a Skype for Business license active. To do so, refer to Skype for Business's support page, section Choose how to assign a license and activate the Skype Enterprise Online license for your users.
2 Activate Skype for Business survey delivery
Go to integrations in your administrator profile, then go to Survey Delivery section and select configure Skype for Business.
3. That's it, Leo Skype for Business is activated!
From this point, your employees will receive their invites and be able to complete their surveys and activities through the Skype for Business "Leo" bot.
Managers will also get all your notifications for reports completed and new feedback through Skype for Business.
