This Report provides an overview and allows you to compare the scores across all groups created (based on location, department, reporting manager, age). You can create as many groups as you'd like to get the breakdown which matches the hierarchy of your organization.
To access the Group Comparison Report, go to Reports - Group Comparison.
Note: A minimum of three active Users are needed in a group in order to display scores.
This default Score View shows you the real-time scores for the groups you've created.
Using the Variation View, you can take a look at the changes in the scores over a specified date range. Feel free to edit the dates at the top right to populate the variation in those scores over that time period.
You can select Any, All or Several groups by using the filters in the top, right hand corner. To do so, check the boxes needed and click in the empty, grey space to the right for the Report to refresh.
Note: For all Reports, your company is able to use the filters in the top, left hand corner to select a specific group/department as well as to Export the Report via PDF or CSV. The CSV option will allow you to retrieve all historical data while the PDF gives you a snapshot in time.
