To facilitate user onboarding and management, we have created an integration with Office365.
This integration will allow you to invite users and manage groups through Office365 by synchronizing with your active directory. This also means that users who will be suspended or deactivated on Office365 account will be barred access to Officevibe.
Important: You need to have an Office 365 admin account to use the integration. If you are not an Office 365 admin, simply ask your Office 365 administrator to " Enable Single Sign-On for your network".
You also need to have your Active Directory synchronized in Azure to use the integration. For more information :https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/articles/active-directory-aadconnect/
Here is how it works
Enable Office 365
Go to this page : https://app.officevibe.com#/integration/office365 and click the "Connect to Office 365" button. You will be redirect to Microsoft login page. Simply enter your credentials and accept to install the application to proceed.
If you are not an Office 365 admin, simply ask your Office 365 administrator to " Enable Single Sign-On for your network".
Invite users from Office 365
A new tab appeared in the "Invite Employees" page. You can select a group to invite people and simply search Office 365 users to send the invites.

A new tab appeared in the "Invite Employees" page. You can select a group to invite people and simply search Office 365 groups to send the invites.
Enable Single Sign-On (SSO) for your network
If you want all your managers to connect to Officevibe with their Active Directory account, you need to enable the application for all users. Ask an Office 365 to login to Officevibe and click the "Admin Consent" button to enable it.
If you don't have access to install applications in Office 365, you will have the following error and you won't be redirected to Officevibe.
Once an integration is added, you can edit the settings so everything gets managed automatically
As people get added in your Office 365 account, they'll get invited automatically in Officevibe. When someone leaves your Office 365 account, they'll automatically get deactivated in Officevibe.
You can select which employees should be invited to join Officevibe. You can invite everyone who's part of your Office 365 account or select groups.
You can connect the groups created in Officevibe with a group in Office 365. That way, if people get added or removed from a group, your Officevibe groups will get edited automatically
Note: Make sure the groups are created in Officevibe to be able to see them in the options.
