When using Officevibe, your company has the option to subscribe to a monthly or annual plan.
Monthly Plan (Workplace)
Monthly subscriptions are on a Pay as you go model. You select a certain number of Users to start and every month you will be charged at the beginning of the billing cycle for the number of Users in the account (the total of Active and Inactive are considered). You can deploy Officevibe by phases and for additional users as you deploy. The billing will be automatic. Monthly subscriptions can only be paid via credit card.
With annual subscriptions (Prepaid model), you pay less as you're charged for 10 months but still get to enjoy full access for a full year. Annual subscriptions are due in full at the moment when you decide to take the plan. Annual subscriptions can be paid by credit card or by wire transfer.
Enterprise Plan (Custom)
If your organization has more than 1,000 employees, you can go to www.officevibe.com/pricing and click on Contact Us to receive a custom quote from one of our Sales specialists.
Monthly and Annual Subscriptions can be paid via credit card. Payments can be made with the following credit cards: Visa, American Express and Mastercard.
