The Polls section is where you'll be able to create custom questions by choosing from three different formats of questions, such as a Text question, an Opinion scale or a Multiple-choice format. The Polls you create are added as additional questions after the automatic questions we send through the weekly Survey.
You can choose whether your Custom Poll will be sent out to the whole company or to a specific audience.

When you access the Polls section, you will see all the current Custom Polls in circulation as well as the participation rate for each. You're also able to see who created the Poll as well as how large the audience is and when the Poll was published.
This is also the place where you will Archive a question, Modify it or Consult the results.
3 Types of Questions
Employees can answer this question with text. This is a great way to get more information about a specific topic. See this as a personalized Feedback section!
The Opinion scale format presents a scale with a total of 11 positions for the respondent to choose from, 0 being the lowest score and 10 being the highest score. You will need to determine the labels at each extremity as they provide guidance on the meaning of each extreme score.
The Multiple-Choice format presents a question with up to 4 possible answer choices.
With the opinion scale or the multiple-choice option, you can add a follow-up question. The answers to this question would be open-ended.
Follow-up questions are meant to gather more information and enable the organization to understand what’s going on, identify possible improvement areas, or find out what’s going well so they can continue doing more of what works!
Schedule your Poll Question
Once you typed in your question, you're able to schedule when your custom question will be launched.
Note: Custom Poll questions are created one at time. You can create several in a row and up to 5 will be added to the current weekly Survey or in the weekly Survey scheduled by you. To add multiple Poll questions, you can simply go through the process described above as many times as you'd like.
You can access the Results for each question through your dashboard. You can view the results generated by your custom question. You can also review the participation statistics to know how many employees answered, how many have skipped the question and who has yet to answer. You also have a recap of which group(s) were targeted by the survey, who created it and the date the Poll was created. There's also the date on which this Report is based.
Note: Employees will continue to receive the Poll question up until they either respond to it or see it, at a minimum.
