This Report includes all the qualitative Feedback left by employees. Feedback is anonymous by default, unless the employee chooses to divulge their name.
To access the Feedback Report, go to Feedback on the left hand menu.
The display is meant to replicate an inbox. You can mark all as read, add filters, or navigate from one message to the other just by clicking on them. The Feedback is available in real-time.
Here is a breakdown of all the different features of this Report.
1. Unread Feedback
When a new Feedback comes in, the field is in white and the text is displayed for you to read it.
To reply to a piece of Feedback, simply click on it and a a pop-up will appear with an empty field, allowing you to write-in your reply.
2. Mark All as Read
Once you click on a comment, it gets marked as read. Once read, the Feedback will then become greyed-out. Alternatively, you can choose to ''Mark all as read''.
3. Filters
You can use filters to sort the Feedback either by date range, by group, by type (Questionnaire Feedback or Poll Feedback), by one of the 10 key Metrics, by tone (positive or constructive), by read or unread, by replied or unreplied, or by custom label.
See our detailed article about how to understand the Tone labels attached to the Feedback and how to best interpret them: Interpreting Feedback!
4. Labels
While you're replying to feedback or just browsing through the ones you received, you can add custom labels.
Editing labels
Labels can be edited by Admins only. When a title is given to a label, it will be the same title for anyone adding labels. By default, you can have up to six separate labels. If you require more, a request can be made to add three more.
Note: These labels will appear the same for all Managers accounts.
Filtering by labels
You have access to filter the Feedback by labels.
5. Closest Manager Widget
To make it even easier to follow up on feedback left by employees, Officevibe displays the name of the closest group manager(s) to the employee in the Feedback Report.
This widget indicates who's the closest manager of the employee who left the comment.
Note: Feedback left by an employee who belongs to a group that has less than 5 members will not have the closest Manager displayed to preserve the anonymity of the employee. This also goes with groups that have no assigned Managers.
6. Exporting Your Feedback
At any time, you can export the Feedback as a CSV file. You'll have access to the question asked, the comments from employees and the replies from Managers.
A word on Anonymity...
Business Rule: To protect anonymity, comments made anonymously are only visible when at least 5 members are part of a group. If that criteria isn't met, the Feedback page for that group will display the message in the image below. Comments that aren't anonymous are visible in groups regardless of their size.
