Employee Engagement Score
This score is out of 10 and is the overall engagement score based on answers employees are giving from the weekly Survey. This score takes into account all ten key Metrics which are averaged based on a pre-determined calculation and a 30-day rolling average.
With Officevibe, you can see how your company compares to all other Officevibe clients in more than 115 countries across the globe.
Note: Our team is working on creating more in-depth benchmarking results where a comparison will be made based on such factors as location, industry, company size, etc. We will communicate once this feature is available within the application.
Employee Net Promoter Score
This score is solely based on the question “On a scale from 0-10, how likely are you to recommend your organization as a good place to work?” This question is asked every 3 months to all employees, at different intervals.
The score is calculated by taking the percentage of promoters (gave a score of 9 or 10) and detractors (gave a score ranging from 0 to 6). You can review the breakdown of those scores per week/month.
The scale range from -100 to +100.
For additional information, here's a complete guide on the eNPS.
Note: For new customers, it can take up to 3 months to gather accurate data in this category. We recommend clicking on the blue "Details" link and placing your mouse over the bars to see how many promoters/detractors you've had for that week/month.
