To facilitate user onboarding, we have created an integration with Yammer to allow you to invite your employees to Officevibe through Yammer.
This Yammer integration will allow Officevibe to get their emails, names and profile pictures if they have one on Yammer. Since it is based on a Single Sign On model, no password will be required for them to start using Officevibe. This article details how the Yammer Integration works.
1. Enable Yammer
Go to this page : https://app.officevibe.com#/integration/yammer and click the "Connect to Yammer" button. You will be redirect to Yammer login page. Simply enter your credentials and accept to install the application to proceed.
2. Invite users from Yammer
A new tab appeared in the "Invite Employees" page. You can select a group to invite people and simply search Yammer users to send the invites.
3. Invite groups from Yammer
A new tab appeared in the "Invite Employees" page. You can select a group to invite people and a message will be posted directly in the group. People will be able to join automatically Officevibe with the link provided.
