The new Employee Spotlight feature provides a context panel of accumulated information on the progress you and your members have made and provides the tools you need to develop a successful employee recognition process. Furthermore, it allows you to have employee performance data collected over the entire year to eliminate recency bias and write more accurate reviews.
This feature is available in the 1-on-1s and Performance Reviews tabs of Workleap Officevibe and provides you with an aggregated overview of the following information coming from multiple sources:
- 1-on-1 notes: To store ideas, concerns, and action items top-of-mind. You and your team members can jot down notes in your 1-on-1 agendas.
- Goals: For projects and achievements that reveal how far your team members have come... and the next steps to take. Contribute to their follow-up!
- Good Vibes: To view all sent and received Good Vibes in the last 12 months.
Team Members can view their own 1-on-1 notes, Goals, and Good Vibes received and sent in Spotlight.
Managers can view their direct reports' 1-on-1 notes, Goals, and Good Vibes received and sent in Spotlight.
Executive Managers and Cycle Owners can only view their direct reports' 1-on-1 notes, Goals, and Good Vibes received in Spotlight. They do not have access to Spotlight for all review participants.
