Workleap Officevibe's feedback report shows an in-depth look at your organization's feedback and is divided into two sections. The topics report shows the amount of feedback your users leave and helps you identify feedback topic trends. The response rate report shows the rate at which managers respond to feedback from their teams.
Note: All feedback report data is based on the last 30 days.
What's included in the report?
The feedback report includes the following feedback types:
- Pulse Surveys
- Smart Questions
- Onboarding Surveys
- Non-survey feedback (first message only)
The following aren't included in the feedback report:
- Text-based responses to Custom Surveys
- All subsequent parts of a conversation that result from non-survey feedback besides the first message
Topics
The topics report graphically represents recent feedback patterns in your organization and shows the most mentioned topics in the trending topics list. The report shows data for your whole organization by default, but you can use the drop-down to select a specific team or segment (applies to the insights graph, trending topics, and topic details).

The topics insights graph gives a snapshot of your organization's feedback over the last 30 days.
The graph shows:
- The total number of feedback
- The percentage of anonymous feedback
- The dates feedback was submitted (hover your cursor along the graph)
- The number of positive feedback*
- The number of constructive feedback*
- Feedback trends since the last update
Note: *Positive feedback is Pulse or Onboarding follow-up questions answered with 7 or higher, whereas constructive feedback is anything 6 or lower.

Trending topics
Officevibe uses cutting-edge AI to analyze your users' feedback and match it to over 200 HR-related topics. The trending topics list shows the topics by how many times they've been mentioned in your users' feedback. The Variation column shows how topic trends have changed since the last update.
Analyze a topic
Select a topic from the trending topics list to see more details. You can see recent feedback related to the selected topic. If feedback seems unrelated to the topic, select Remove to remove it from the topic. This won't delete the feedback from your inbox.
Tip: Click on feedback in the list to open your feedback inbox.
Tip: Sort feedback by most recent or most relevant.
Response rate

The response rate insights graph shows data about feedback responses over the last 30 days.
The graph shows:
- The percentage of feedback that got a response
- The number of feedback that got a response out of the total amount of feedback
- The dates that feedback was responded to (hover your cursor along the graph)
- The percentage of positive feedback that got a response*
- The percentage of constructive feedback that got a response*
- Feedback response trends since the last update
Note: *Positive feedback is Pulse or Onboarding follow-up questions answered with 7 or higher, whereas constructive feedback is anything 6 or lower.
Manager response rate per team
This section shows the rate each team's manager(s) responded to feedback over the last 30 days. You can also see what percentage of the team's feedback was *positive or constructive.
Note: *Positive feedback is Pulse or Onboarding follow-up questions answered with 7 or higher, whereas constructive feedback is anything 6 or lower.
