Performance Reviews for Direct Managers

Members without a Direct Manager cannot participate in any Review events. A Direct Manager is someone a team member directly reports to. Together they will discuss, track, and evaluate performance in Workleap Officevibe.

The Executive Managers or Team Managers can assign a Direct Manager to a team of employees within an organization to:

  • Discuss the performance review of a Team member with other Executive Managers and Team members to foster engagement within an organization. 
  • Track the progress on the Reviews page by monitoring the start date and due date of review events to ensure that all Reviews are submitted by the required date.
  • Edit their own Manager Reviews for team members they are assigned to up until the review event is closed.
