When communicating the Officevibe deployment to your managers, there are three key things to focus on in your message:
- Officevibe is about improving and growing as a company
- They are a key part of the success of the initiative
- What will be expected of them throughout the deployment
To introduce the launch of Officevibe to your managers, we recommend you first send an introduction email outlining the key messages listed above and organize a training session where they will also have the opportunity to ask questions about the tool and their role in the process.
We've prepared templates and tools for these occurrences that you can feel free to edit and reuse.

On (insert launch date), we'll be launching a new tool called Officevibe. Our objective as company, through Officevibe, is to get closer to our employees and adopt a more proactive approach to monitoring and addressing their daily challenges.
Officevibe will be sending them 1 minute surveys to rate our organization on various elements ranging from alignment with our company's mission to satisfaction with the officevibe environment.
As managers, you will get access to reports delivered by Officevibe summarizing the engagement of your team and sharing their feedback on opportunities for improvement and best practices.
We will be holding training sessions in a few days to help you get used to the tool and share some tips and best practices on how to react and reply to feedback.
Officevibe will be a powerful tool to help you get closer to your team and help us build a greater workplace. We're counting on your full support to make this deployment successful.
Don't hesitate to let me know if you have any questions until our training session.
